Dr. Bhakta, a southeast Georgia native, completed his undergraduate studies at UGA in 2005 (Sic ‘Em). In 2009, Dr. Bhakta graduated, with honors, from the UAB School of Optometry in Birmingham, Alabama. Upon graduating, Dr. Bhakta completed a one-year residency program in refractive surgery and ocular disease at Woolfson Eye Institute in Atlanta, GA. The residency program allowed Dr. Bhakta to further strengthen his clinical skills in the diagnosis, treatment and management of ocular diseases, such as, dry eye syndrome, cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, amongst other eye conditions. In addition, Dr. Bhakta received extensive training in pre-operative and post-operative care for cataract and LASIK patients. He joined Hamilton Mill Eye Care in 2010. Towards the end of 2018, Dr. Bhakta joined Justice Vision Clinic and transitioned into ownership. Dr. Bhakta enjoys the ability to build long-lasting relationships with his patients by providing a service that enhances their lives.
Dr. Bhakta is a current member of the Georgia Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He resides in Johns Creek with his beautiful wife and two amazing girls. In his free time, Dr. Bhakta enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cheering on the Dawgs, and traveling.

Dr. Macy Frazier, a native of Western North Carolina, attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2018. Following her undergraduate studies, she moved to Chicago where she obtained her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2022.
During her graduate studies, she completed training focusing on primary care and ocular disease. Following the conclusion of her studies in Chicago, Dr. Frazier relocated to Georgia where she has since worked in the primary care setting providing comprehensive eye exams. Dr. Frazier joined the Justice Vision team in 2025. She is passionate about bringing a patient-centered approach to her exams, taking time to listen to each patient’s unique needs. She looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with each of her patients. Ironically, Dr. Frazier is the niece of Dr. Michael and Lisa Justice, the original owners of Justice Vision Clinic. Dr. Frazier actually spent several childhood summers at our office when visiting the Justices.
Dr. Frazier is a current member of the Georgia Optometric Association and American Optometric Association. In her free time, Dr. Frazier enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
